1. License to Use
1.1. AimableM grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Lesson Plan Generator for your personal and educational purposes only.
1.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Lesson Plan Generator.
2. User Account
2.1. In order to access certain features of the Lesson Plan Generator, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
2.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. The Lesson Plan Generator and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AimableM and its licensors.
3.2. You may not use any trademarks, service marks, logos, or other proprietary graphics of AimableM without our prior written consent.
4. Content
4.1. You retain ownership of any lesson plans or content that you create or upload to the Lesson Plan Generator.
4.2. By uploading content to the Lesson Plan Generator, you grant AimableM a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: - Using the Lesson Plan Generator for any unlawful purpose. - Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. In no event shall AimableM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: - Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Lesson Plan Generator. - Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform. - Any content obtained from the platform.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. AimableM reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using the Lesson Plan Generator, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions
